QHow do the active-breathing exercises work?
Press and hold the screen to inhale; release to exhale. A subtle animation guides your pace (the ring fills while inhaling and softens while exhaling). If you keep holding, you remain in the inhale phase; releasing transitions to the exhale phase. Repeat for a few cycles to reset and refocus.
QIs there a premium option?
A premium plan unlocks advanced themes, richer insights, and notification scheduling. We also keep a generous free tier so Hygge remains helpful for everyone.
